As you have purchased from one of our approved retail partners we would require you to seek further support from them. To help our retailers we would advise that you always have a copy of your receipt. My Babiie as the manufacturer will continue to provide market leading knowledge and support to our retailers but as your contract is with your retailer directly, you must take next steps with them. We are unable to provide any support to a retailers end customer and you must follow the support or returns procedures outlined by your retailer.
