If you have not signed up to our guarantee, but would still like support we would be more than happy to provide the additional help. We do offer a collection service of £25, this will include a collection, a full technicians review, report of the technicians findings and also cover the cost of the return of the item (All repairs are charged at a additional cost and are subject to the technicians review).

What to return your item your item?
Here at My Babiie we want to make this process as smooth and efficient as possible. This is why we have created two easy ways you can return your product. The first is by purchasing the collection service from us, this takes all the hassle of organising your own courier service and worrying if it will be delivered back. For one product the collection service is £20, any additional items to return will cost £5 extra per item.
Alternatively, if you believe you can fit all your products into one box, then please notify us in the comments box and we will ensure that you will only be sent an invoice for £20.00.
The second option is to return the product or products yourself. Please be advised that if you choose this option, we will have to provide you with our full return address as well as a returns number. We would also recommend using a signed delivery service.
